Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and bat877 ("bat877", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat877 website located at bat877.cam and all associated services, products, software, tools and content provided through that domain (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, participating in any casino game or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — in particular bat877's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable bonus or promotional terms.

bat877 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani users. The platform provides sports betting markets — with a primary focus on cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic competitions), along with football, tennis, UFC, esports and table sports — as well as live casino, slots and related gaming products. bat877 does not hold or claim a Pakistan gambling licence and does not represent that its Services are authorised or approved by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Services is lawful under applicable local legislation.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

To register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity and are not registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or unlicensed services are unlawful.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by bat877 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on this platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

bat877 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If you provide false information about your age, location or identity during registration or at any later point, bat877 may immediately suspend your Account, void all associated bets and withhold any funds pending investigation. Any winnings derived from an ineligible Account may be forfeited in full.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances withheld and any active bets voided.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Not use another person's identity, payment details or contact information at any point.
• Submit genuine KYC documentation when requested — typically a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address.

bat877 retains the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds (amounts expressed in PKR will be communicated via the platform's notification system or support channels).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any other individual under any circumstances, including family members.

• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bat877 support immediately via the contact details in Section 16 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bat877 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party. Any activity conducted under your login credentials will be treated as activity you have authorised, unless you have notified us of a suspected breach prior to that activity occurring.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bat877 at the time of transaction. bat877 does not accept cash, third-party payments or deposits made from accounts not registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible (the "return to source" principle).
• Bonus funds must meet all applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money.
• bat877 reserves the right to apply additional AML checks to any withdrawal, which may extend standard processing times.
• bat877 does not charge withdrawal fees as a standard practice, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges — bat877 accepts no liability for such fees.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. bat877 aims to process verified withdrawals within the timeframes stated there, but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking intermediaries or circumstances outside bat877's direct control.

All bets placed on bat877 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, market or casino game, as published within the platform at the time of placement. Users are responsible for reading applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• Bet acceptance: bat877 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exploit pricing errors, system errors or manifest odds mistakes.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned or materially altered, or if bat877 has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play, match-fixing or collusion.
• In-play betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed after the outcome of a relevant event is determined but before the market is suspended may be voided at bat877's discretion.
• Manifest errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect as a result of a technical or human error, bat877 reserves the right to void or re-price the bet. Users must not knowingly exploit manifest pricing errors.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply as published in the platform's betting rules section. bat877 reserves the right to limit winnings in excess of stated caps regardless of the stake placed.

bat877 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and seasonal promotions to eligible users from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that supplement this Agreement.

• Bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game contributions and maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active — will be published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• bat877 does not guarantee that any particular promotion will be available at any given time. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, amended or extended without prior notice.
• Users who bat877 determines are exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated abuse or any other form of bonus manipulation may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• bat877 will never make false or misleading claims about the value or attainability of a promotion. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly before a bonus is accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat877 platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform to process illicit funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or manifest odds mistakes knowingly and deliberately.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games without explicit written authorisation from bat877.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in, facilitating or covering up match-fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Accessing the Services while subject to a self-exclusion agreement on bat877 or any other platform that shares exclusion data with bat877.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a minor (anyone under 18 or the higher minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction).

bat877 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core platform principle. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered users directly from their Account settings, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the account for a defined short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and enforced without exception.

All content on the bat877 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of bat877 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without bat877's prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or use automated data extraction tools on the platform without express authorisation.
• Use bat877's trademarks, brand name or logo without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bat877 website on another website or platform.

Third-party game content (casino games, live dealer studios, sports data feeds) is licensed to bat877 by third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. bat877 does not claim ownership of third-party content displayed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat877 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
• Losses arising from system downtime, platform errors, third-party service failures or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, government action or pandemic).
• The conduct, content or data of any third-party game providers integrated into the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bat877's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

bat877 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bat877 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud or other unlawful activity.
• Continuation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational or financial risk to bat877.
• The User is accessing the Services from a Prohibited Territory.

Upon termination for cause, bat877 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no breach has occurred, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any forfeited bonus amounts) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed through normal channels.

bat877 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bat877 will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate change is required by law, regulation or urgent security circumstances.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat877 holds its operating licence. Specific licence and jurisdictional details are available upon request from the support team.

bat877 expressly does not represent that its Services are governed by, authorised under or compliant with Pakistani law. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan do so under their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bat877's internal complaints process (see Section 16) will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the operator's licence jurisdiction. Users retain the right to pursue remedies through applicable courts in their local jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
